<3 Jason

Quick note, went to American Idol tour for Jason Castro, loved watching him sing. Got autographs from him, Brooke, David Cook, David Archuleta, and Kristy Lee Cook. No one else came out afterwards. Which is fine for them, I guess. If they really want to be that way...

Yesterday was a long day. I was so tired that I slept until about an hour ago. And then I woke up and realized it was 4 and I was still kind of tired. Oh well.

Not much else happened except all the things that happened yesterday that I don't feel like boring you with. Sorry. :P

I should probably go find something to eat since I'm hungry and haven't really eaten anything in the past 24 hours.

Ah...

So let's hear about my day.

It started off poorly with only 3 hours of sleep because it took me 3 and a half hours to fall asleep. Which still would have only given me 6 and a half hours of sleep, but still. That's better than 3.

Then I had to work, which annoyed me far more than it should have. I'm guessing because of the sleep thing.

Ah, but then I got off early, and here's where it gets fun. I had to find a pair of khaki pants since we can't wear shorts to work starting in September, so I went to several stores until at last I had to go to Walmart, defeated. At Walmart, I ran into someone who used to work at my theater who was nicknamed "Creepy Carl". I'm looking at calendars and then see him and kind of stop in my tracks. He says hi, and then the friend he was with goes on without him. This guy starts a conversation and says "Oh yeah, I saw your car in the parking lot so I thought you'd be in here."

Which is kind of creepy. Let's take a moment here to explain the nickname. So this guy always used to chew on matchsticks at work. One day, another girl that worked with us went into her car after work and found a bunch of matchsticks in there. I could make a whole journal on all the stories about him, but I won't. Anyway, after he finally leaves, a guy who was standing by us says "He knew you were here because he was stalking you."

I laughed and was like "I know." Because I wouldn't doubt it. Then the guy keeps talking and says stuff like "I can be your witness. I got that creepy stalker vibe from him. That's the kind of guy your mom warned you about." At which point I'm thinking Yeah, but so are you.

Then I leave the store, and when I get home I see a giant nail sticking out of my tire. Now, I'm not saying it was Creepy Carl, but it seems a little too coincidental for me. Especially since it was sticking straight out and not at an angle or anything. And that's my story from today. It was actually interesting if you took the time to read it all.

Llama

Yeah, I had a whole long journal about stuff, but then I decided I didn't need to explain myself to any of you. Think whatever you want about whatever you will, but just because you think one way, it doesn't mean I do. I've been trying to put this next part into words, but they just don't come out right, so I guess I'll stop trying.

Anyway, Shawn Johnson got her gold, and that made me really happy. She's my 3rd favorite Olympic athlete after Apolo and Dominique Moceanu. I have very little love for Kerri Strugg, and I challenge any of you to watch her again and actually say she's good. She did one good thing for the team, which she wouldn't have had to do if she hadn't done the other thing she was supposed to do very poorly.

Huh...I think I have very weak thought process left right now. And that sentence made absolutely no sense. I realize this, but I just don't feel like going back to figure out how to fix it. Shush.

*Big sigh of relief* Firefox just died on me, but it still kept everything I'd typed after restoring it. Good fortune.

Awwww

So I was talking to my OK friend and she said that it's a good thing I'm talking about Shawn Johnson so much since people are probably getting tired of me talking about Apolo all the time. Is this true? Are you really tired of hearing about Apolo?

Did you know Shawn Johnson has a golden retriever? That makes her ten times more awesome than I thought she was before.

Um...I'm sure there's more that I should be saying, but I can't think of anything. Oh, I had the coolest dream a few days ago that ended with Sylar from Heroes cutting off my head to steal my super powers. Which is awesome because it meant I had super powers. But that's not why the dream was so great, although I won't go into why it was since I don't feel like explaining it to you.

Happiness abound. I got my story sent to me from my OK friend, and now I can start writing it again after almost 3 months. So that makes me really happy. ^_^ It's just an all around great day.

Now let's just hope for a gold tomorrow...
